What is Maxtek's cancellation policy? How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact your sales representative. If your package was already shipped and you decided to cancel your order, you may be responsible for all shipping fees.
How do I return a product? What is Maxtek's RMA policy?
Maxtek's RMA policy consists of a thirty (30) day full credit return. Returns between thirty (30) and ninety (90) days are subject to a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee or current Maxtek price credit due to version changes. No returns are accepted after ninety (90) days.
If I opened a product, can it be returned?
A customer may only return an opened product after receiving an approval from Maxtek's RMA department. Approval must be obtained prior to any item being returned.
Can I ship my order on my own FedEx or UPS account?
Yes, you can use your own FedEx or UPS account for shipping. If you decide to use your own account, please advise your sales representative when you place your order.
